NYE dinner last nite.. My turn..
Work in progress.. Fried the bacalao and stew simmering, while preparing the pasta Aioli with anchovy sauce. Our 33rd Anniversary table is set.. Starting with an antipasto.. Fried bacalao..- a little fennel on the side and vermicelli with anchovy sauce... (tho this pic is of it 'cold'.. forgot to take a picture when freshly served...Got distracted by its appeal.. LOL..). . A great NYE and Anniversary celebration.. It was Wonderful ..!!
