To Patina or Not!!

I have been looking for a stainless Sub for everyday.
I keep seeing some of the older 16610’s that have some patina on dual and hands that I find very appealing.
Much like myself, i like the look old work new visual.
Patina aside, I have also come across some of the 16800 “transitional” models.
Curious what folks think about older Subs for daily wear and what’s the story on the “transitional”
Sub model!
Thoughts?
