Wat was your first Rolex you ever bought?

Man I will tell you for me it is very tough to try and narrow down just a few never mind 1.
I have been looking for months with not the slightest clue of what I want.
I started with wanting a BLNR a JC then to a DayDate, Now I want a Root Beer.
I guess I really don't know what I want, but I know I want everything.
Its just for me, its a big deal because its a lot of money that I saved up to be able to make such a purchase at my age of 34.
I was so set on the DayDate 1803 that I purchased some Arabic Day and Date wheels that should arrive today courtesy of DHL.
Did any of you guys and gals have similar issues when it came to making a decision on what your first Rolex would be.
I really have been leaning towards vintage GMT as of late.
Maybe I'm afraid of buying one, receiving it then having buyers remorse for spending so much money.
Anyone?
