18238 DD check

Have potential to buy this 18238 from a Japanese auction site that is otherwise well regarded. I believe that the bezel is aftermarket (I can live with, and replace this), however I'm also concerned also about:
  • The dial - as I've never seen anyone like it - those particular surrounds on the diamonds are present in other 18238 dials (e.g. this photo), but they then typically have a roman track and no tritium markers - I cannot find another 18238 with this particular layout.
  • The date wheel appears to have serifs - I'm not sure if this is typical for the 18238, and the word Wednesday covers more of the window than I've typically seen.
  • The 9 o'clock diamond does not appear to be 100% aligned to the tritium marker, but this may be the photo. Also the coronet looks wonky, but again may be the photo.

However, the case and the bracelet look ok to me, but I'm not an expert on DDs.

Pics here.
