Not sure, Daytona + £500 for a Deepsea?

Hi
I have a Daytona in steel, bought new in 03 that is actually a 01 year of manufacture, it was bought from a certified dealer.
I ordered a new Deepsea in February, I was initially told that it wouldn't be available until summer next year.
I got a call tonight and the watch is here, I have been in to see it and try it on and I have mixed feelings, I love the size of the watch which is huge but the writing inside the bezel looks tacky.
The dealer is not interested in a PX of my Daytona, I now realise that they have gone up considerably in the list price, I think I paid around £3.5k and thay are now £5,730!
A second hand dealer from the internet has offered me £4,750.00 for the Daytona tonight, the new Deepsea is list at £5,340.00.
What do you guys think I should do, I cannot afford both?
Thanks
