How easy is it to remove the Oysterflex bracelet?

Hi all.

As the title reads, how easy is it to remove an Oysterflex bracelet? Say you wanted to swap the bracelet for a leather strap.

Can't find anything online or on YouTube.

Want to get an idea of how tight the rubber is to the lug, and if there is a good chance the lugs can get scratched if a non-professional is attempting the job.

Thanks.
