I really would like to get a 16710 with no lug holes but I'm not really sure what a fair price for a full set is at this point. I don't think I really need a limited serial number (Z?) or specific caliber (3186?). I'm buying to wear not for value. I just want an excellent condition model with box, papers and no lug holes for a reasonable price. I don't need it to be a Pepsi because I intend to collect all 3 bezels at some point anyway.

Hopefully somebody can explain this weird fluctuation in pricing and maybe point us in the direction of what is desirable and what to look out for. Thanks for posting.

You can look at 16700s too. They trade a little lower.
