Congrats.
But fact UPS have not provided some explanation or basis for payout is concerning. Guess they don't adhere to the adage that there is no such thing as bad publicity. I still think the culprit was someone working at the UPS Store and their lack of explanation supports that conclusion. I will never use UPS for shipping valuable items. |
