Omega DSOM classic vintage look
No box or papers included, just the original warranty card. Still has plenty warranty left, I believe card is dated 2015 and Omega gave a 60 month period.

Runs great, looks great. There is one minor blemish in the crystal which I pictured if you get it in the right light. Usually is unnoticeable, and I believe it can be buffed out. Comes with the brown band and ceramic quick deployment clasp as shown.
