You have to remember the human factor.
Wearing a Rolex clearly states that you have arrived financially,
just because everyone knows of the price increases and the high price
we have to pay just to tell time.

Can you imagine if I am paying 20.000 for my watch, what have I paid for my car or house..?

This is in my opinion pretty much the current thinking from 90% of the Rolex
wearing public.
