Columbus AD visit

The day after Christmas I stopped in at the "Diamond Cellar" of Easton to peruse their Rolex stock. This is the subsidiary store, the flagship being a few miles away. In the case they had two Stainless GMTC's and a black dial Milgaus. No discount on the Milgaus but the associate said she might me able to get me 10% on the GMTC. Not being in the market I did not have her pursue it. They also had a steel and gold GMTC and an 18k model which is a very impressive gold ingot indeed. I wanted to check out a Deep Sea or a 41 MM Daydate but no luck. I also stopped at the new Tiffany Store which was nearly empty of happy shoppers and very austere. T&Co apparently now offers no brand name swiss watches for sale, only a bunch of quality but un-interesting designer models. I long for my Tiffany dialed GMT purchased by me on 5th ave about 30 years ago and squandered long ago. I haven't been on the forum much lately. What happened to Bo? I always thought his input was very valuable.
