I am pissed at my AD and soured from buying PAMs ever again.

I am really mad at my AD, Tessorini at the Bellagio. I brought my PAM90 into the store to have my watch looked at because most times I try to manually change the date, it doesn't move and I have to pull the crown out several times before it moves to the date I want. The manager took my watch, and then told me that my warranty card doesn't match my watch! I then told him that I feel getting the correct warranty card is of more importance than the problem with the date. He said he should be able to get me a new card. That was two months ago.

I received an email telling me Panerai couldn't find anything wrong with the watch, and they won't issue a new card because its been more than a year. I go to pick up my watch today, and I asked if they could call the person who has my card and we could swap. I'm sure he would want the correct card for his watch. They said they wouldn't do that. They kept saying, "There's nothing we can do about it." The manager said, "Its okay if you don't have the correct card, you know its authentic and your warranty is over anyway." I told him that's not the point. I paid alot of money for this watch, and would like all matching paperwork, and if I ever want to sell this watch, not having the correct card devalues my watch. He then said something that pissed me off alot. He asked if I've bought other watches here at Tessorini. I said, "What difference does that make? You should be giving me good service whether I bought one, or five!"He then said that aside from this situation, I will keep buying from them. I told them I have no reason to come back and buy from them ever again.

I am so mad, my problem with my date hasn't been fixed, and this problem with the warranty card arose. Is there anything else I can do to get the correct warranty card? Any help is much appreciated!
