Baselworld Releases PTSD

I am going to be the first to officially self-diagnose that I am suffering from Baselworld PTSD. I am off to see my GP right away.

Following on from the Patek releases which were just about passable, today I have been tremendously dejected by the Rolex and Tudor releases. Firstly I was foolish enough to sell my GMT LN recently which will now climb hugely in value. Secondly my GMT BLNR will now tank in value and I have no chance of ever securing the new model from my AD. Thirdly all of the other releases, save for the unobtainable BLNR to follow the still unobtainable BLRO from last year, are deeply unattractive. Fourthly my salvation that I turn to in hours of dark need is usually Tudor and there is absolutely nothing there which is close to salvation.

What am I do? I think I need to be signed off work for many months.

(Or perhaps, count my lucky stars that we live a life where we consider that these are problems...).
