Model 1002-1005 Rolex OP

Hi all. It's been awhile. I have recently purchased a cherry 1959 Oyster P. Don't believe case has been cracked before I busted a few knuckles.

Anyhow, Between lugs at 12 it is marked 1002 Registered Design and on case back it has 1005 in bold figures IV59 and at lugs 6 serial nr 57XXXXX. Below in faint figures it has 1002.

My question is what is the real model nr? Thanks, Mike
