If it's losing time, then try placing it either crown UP or dial UP at night. See which one helps it to gain back the lost time.

With my Sub-date, dial up makes it gain, while crown DOWN makes it lose. Most Rollies work this way, but there could be exceptions...you will have to try out a few experiments of your own.
