What is considered a fullset?

Interested to see what the public opinion on this:

Out of the following, which do you think is necessary to constitute a 'fullset'?

Green tag
White tag
Bezel protector
Warranty card
Warranty sleeve
Warranty booklet
Instructions booklet

To me, the minimum would be - green tag, warranty card, sleeve & booklet, and the instructions booklet.
