1st rolex: sub no data VS sub no data PVD

Hi,
first of all greetins from Italy!

I'm new forum member, near to 30yrs old and would like to have an advice about which rolex to buy (my first!) to wear all days (office).

I like very much sub 14060 no data (classic choose) but i like a lot the same or older model PVD/PECVD (opaque).

My first idea would be "get the pvd" but i wouldn't get wrong and get bored after few months.

thanks!
