pls help on Daytona

Hi everyone! I'm here seeking some help and advise if possible, I'm kinda new to the watch game. Started last year May, so my problem is this, I bought my wife a Daytona ref 116503 with diamonds, when I turn on the chronograph the watch is losing time and also won't stop after a 12hr run.

What kind of help are you looking for?

Where did you buy it?
Take it in for service?

So what you want to do is unscrew the caseback and then just give it a full service. You can buy tools on amazon for that. Use cooking oil for lubricant, then add a fine line of glue around the caseback when you screw it back on for watertight seal..?

Just bring it back to the AD mate..

Take it in for service. It's not that complicated.

Since I do not understand what you are saying, I cannot say if it is "normal".

Are you saying the pushers do not work?

Also post close in focus images for the forum.

Are you running the chrono for 12 hours?!

The chrono will not turn off buy itself after 12 hours. You turned it on, you have to turn it off. As far as losing time, how much time and over what period of time? How exactly are you determining that?

Read the manual that comes with your watch.
