Rolex Electra with Swiss parts. The 23 is a mystery number as there are 24 stones on the dial. Whoever counted them out must have felt sorry for the end user maybe. (it appears it's an old Remington Electra with 23 jewel movement. Someone put ROLEX on it for the laffs)
