Rolex serial

Modern Rolex use random serials that do not correlate with the alphabetized serial number chart.

If your serial is a total of 8 digits a mixture of letters number is a random serial these started latter part of 2010 till present time.

Single letter 6 number serials
P 2000 (Jan)
K 2001 (Sep)
Y 2002 (Sep)
F 2003 (Sep)
D 2005 (Apr)
Z 2006 (May)
M 2007 (Aug)
V 2008 (Aug)
G 2010 (July) last of the single letter 6 number serials, from latter part 2010 some randoms started to appear these have now 8 digits mixture letters and numbers.
G2010/ 2011 On
Plus Randoms till present time
