Watch box question for Rolex

Hello

Not sure if this is the correct category to post in, i would like to know some of the options you guys use to store your watches. Specifically for people who have more than 6 watches, i was wondering what kind of watch box do you guys use?

I am thinking about purchasing a wolf Watch box, but is also interested in possibly making one as well.

1. Should there be a specific type of cushion/pillow? Is there a difference?
2. I currently own a cheap made box, the cushion is quite hard and i am not able to close the watch clasps. should the watch be relaxing on the cushion or should it be closed? Will it stretch the watch bracelet?

Thank you in advance.

I use Watch Pod. You can buy them on Amazon. Available in single, double or triple pods.
They are easier to store and of course for travel. Good luck!

Recently bought a Benson Black Series - finest watch box I have ever owned - can be tricky to find so I ordered from Europe, worth every penny. Available in 8, 12, and 16 watch configurations.

Different class from the majority of Wolf boxes - heavy wood, solid construction, and beautifully made.

1. Pillows come in all shapes, sizes, and denseness. You close the watch around the pillow, so it's more or less just there to keep the watch in it's slot. How snug or loose you prefer is your preference.

2. I would say it's pretty unlikely that whatever your pillows are made out of will stretch steel.

What size is your wrist? I'm 6.75" and the Wolf pillows are just big enough that the watch fits around it and it can still slide off the side without opening the clasp.

If you buy Wolf check places like overstock.com and you can find them for pretty good deals.
