Something else that looks off is the colour of the minute markers and numbers on the bezel. Don't know if it's because of the angle, but they look much too white, on that model of smpc they should be greyish

Get an independent appraisal from a brick and mortar. I write them all the time, “Counterfeit Omega/Rolex/Patek wrist watch, value $50”. Signed sealed and delivered. Hopefully this man used an Amex, easier to get his money back.
