Just a quick post in case anyone was on the fence about getting a 1.5 link for their Royal Oak bracelet to get the perfect fit. Popped into the London, UK boutique earlier today to get one fitted for my watch and have to say am very pleased with how the watch now feels on the wrist. Since buying the watch a few months back it was bugging me a bit that it didn’t fit quite so well, either too loose or too tight. Didn’t even know a 1.5 link was an option until last week reading about it on this forum. Link was £200, so not exactly cheap but money well spent as now the watch feels as great as it looks on the wrist. I’d go as far as to say the watch feels transformed.

Transformed the watch, glad i did it. Not exactly a designed success, but worth the aesthetic compromise.

Yes, have to agree with you on this point…the 1.5 link doesn’t really blend in relative to the other links, but as you say a compromise worth accepting given the much better fit it gives.

It took about an hour of trying different links to get my 15202 to fit perfectly.
