Rolex Date, Model: 1503 - Need Repair Suggestion

I have a Rolex Date, Model: 1503. The stem comes completely out the case. The watch was sent to Rolex but they would not work on it. The watch belonged to my dad and I would like to get it repaired. Can anyone recommend a reputable jeweler that could handle this?

The AD in my area could not work on it, said they cannot get parts for gold Rolex watches. The AD said Rolex has been requiring gold watches be sent in to the factory. I believe Rolex would not work on it as the dial was modified, it had diamonds added to it.
