Stubhub is planning to enter the market at a rumored and whopping 13b. Can’t wait to see the numbers as to what puts it’s valuation there. I have a feeling this will bring some great awareness to SEAT

Adding on to this. Remember Stubhub was sold by eBay for 4B in Nov 2019, months before the industry had its worst possible year. I’m baffled at the potential 13B valuation frankly and very curious to see where this leads.

SOFI hitting a 52-week low...damn. I thought I was getting in cheap at $15.

Sent from the voices in my head and transcribed by their drinking buddy.

yeah it's crazy. i saw a post showing they're hiring people to support margin and options features so likely that's coming soon as well as the bank charter. i'm hoping maybe earnings can give it a nice catalyst to move back up

Big volume in COTY the past few days. Wonder if it’s KKR unloading its final shares?

Getting destroyed everywhere.

NET is a bargain at this level - that’s one positive at least.

That is true lol. With 650M Rev this year and 50% YoY growth trajectory (with CEO statements that every penny goes back into growth for the next several years), it puts their forward 2022 PE at 30. I’m comfortable with that.

it also depends on what the new normal is/will be for PE and P/S, etc and how forward looking the market will be this year and going forward. i used to consider sq one of the more overvalued growth stocks and it had a P/S between 10-15. now it has a P/S of 5.8 and there's still no bottom in sight whereas NET still has 75 lol, but to your point from a few pages back, the impact NET has is much larger than other growth stocks, as in if they go down you would see the results pretty obviously

with that said, due to mostly sofi, my portfolio has been demolished

Holy _______ ________ guys. I’m literally only down like 0.02 a share in BBIG right now. Am I holding and waiting for TYDE or do I just dump and save my tail?

i believe with spinoffs like this, bbig will have to drop in order to give people the free tyde shares (once that happens)

Looked like algos were trading this down most of today combined with last day for redemption on arb play. There wasn't much size sub $1 but I scooped all the volume I could, nice 25% 45 minute profit as warrants normalized back to 1.20.

I was wondering what was going on with the TREB warrants when I saw it was down 20%. Tried to place an order but it never filled. Wasn't a big order anyways as I was a bit concerned that there was some negative news that I missed.

This fits boring old me. I’m underwater a bit (~$2). I’m glad it’s moving good, thanks for the info.

Anybody heard any news on the TYDE spin-off? I’d prefer to keep holding BBIG until I receive my TYDE but I don’t know if I have the intestinal fortitude to hold that long.

My order didn't fill either. By the time I was done looking for a reason for the drop it was trading over $1 again.

Looks like BBIG is trading again after being halted.

I sold today at $4.90. Not getting greedy and getting left holding the bag like last time. I decided not to lose profits over potentially getting some free stocks I know nothing about and could potentially be worthless.

probably not a bad decision seeing how sept played out. i'm personally gonna hold for now because at the end of the day they are a legit company with a pretty big app so i don't think bag holding would be the worst case here since i got in around mid 2s. will see if it can get near the last run's prices in this run and maybe get out then before the inevitable drop

I think this is spot on and what I recommended on our last run in BBIG, just take markers and trim on the way up, I was able to exit a partial position above $10 last time. Not to mention, whenever they announce the Tyde spinoff, this should fly. 211M vol today on really no news and seeing AMC bleed, I suspect some of the retail money will fly back in to chase this return.

SOFI back to $12, looking at the 2024 $12 and $15C, good buying opportunity here and just wait it out until the bank charter is released. Been trimming nice gains in TBT, I was pounding the table on here as rates here gravitate towards 2% and will cycle towards large dislocations in the current market.

haha me too. I think the offering really hurt them in the 20s. I was PISSED when they called the warrants in the 20s which forced me to exit my entire position but turned out to work in my favor. Added a bit on the downdraft and will build a considerable position here around $12. I suspect this ER will be very good and they won't have the one time loss they had last ER. Also at these levels, P/S is much more manageable and the revenue the charter will enable will be SUBSTANTIAL, this should hit in Q1 or Q2. Also a large uptick in sales will lower their P/S and now they will also benefit from rising rates. Not a single worry here.

yeah i sold my warrants and moved them into a bunch of different leaps at around 16-16.5 before they announced the call back. i think overall my break even is around 16 and the calls i have are pretty bad at current prices (15/17.5 for 23s, and 17.5/20 for 24s) so these prices are hurting. i think their earnings will be good as well, we even saw a pop after their last earnings so would be surprised if we don't see any movement up on this upcoming one. this one should include their heavy marketing from the nfl as well so i'm optimistic. gonna look to roll the calls i have into some better ones if i get the opportunity
