Anyone found their vintage Rolex papers on eBay?
I was browsing for some vintage Rolex parts and came across lots of Rolex papers.
Just curious if any of you ever found your watches' papers there or other platforms. Please share your experience. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

One or two 'watch makers' have definitely 'found' a watch after buying the papers on ebay.

I have to admit that I occasionally click hoping for that fluke. I’m always kind of disgusted as most seem pretty fraudulent

I found a website that has a searchable database, www.watchpapers.com. Not only do they list Rolex, but also a handful of other brands. Did search for all of my paperless vintage pieces but no luck so far. I guess I'll keep searching. Miracles happen everyday, no? LOL Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Yeah, I found the papers for my watch, but the serial number hadn't been filled in.

I wouldn’t share my serial number with those sites. They may be entirely legit, but I’m a skeptic. Seems like a great way to mine for very unique and valuable data.
