i have a British Bulldog who is 8 months now and i can tell you never again will i ever get a dog in my entire life.Today in the morning when taking him out for a poo he went for my boots while on my feet. It worries me as he bites them hard and he could easily bite my leg in them. He the did it again after eating. I did the positive reinforcement thing to get him off by trying to wave something in front of him to distract him. It took a whole sausage to get him to let go.
i have trained him a lot and he listens to commands. I know my wife is scared if he goes for her boots while i am not there but so far only done it to me three of four times. Never did i think owning a dog was so tough. I don’t get how people love them so much. i know i ll get a lot of negative comments on this forum for the above but maybe i am not cut out for a dog. It’s been challenge after challenge since having him as a puppy whatever we do. |

Our all white Syberian Husky, Turbo. He even has white eyes. Basking in the summer sun right after the lawn mowed. The black lab is in the house on the bed

This is our therapy dog Lexa. She has seen my family through thick and thin. She’s a rescue dog from the Human Society but she’s the one who rescued us. :)
