Datejust 1601
Hi everyone,
I got a datejust 1601 with serial number 3xxxxxxx, sent into RSC and was recommended to change the case back + case middle part due corroded/worn. Is it worth to replace the case back + case middle part and have a new 4xxxx serial number? Thank you. |

It will be expensive, and the watch will lose some value. Try and get a second opinion from a private repairer - Rolex can be very conservative in these matters. Your watch may be very corroded, or just enough to make it too much trouble for RSC to make water resistant to original specs.

Anyone has any recommendation for a reputable watch repairer in Singapore? |
