HELP - Vintage Audemars Piguet Identification

Hello Everyone.

Im new to the forum, I represent a small store in Portugal that mostly focus Antique and vintage Jewellery, with the occasional trading of watches.

Recently a Vintage Audemars Piguet in white gold came in to the Store, and although we have confirmed it as original, and indeed gold we can not find reference to it any place or another one like it for sale.

Here are some photos, would appreciate any help you can with Info about the model.
