RCA Records gift to Col Parker... a gold Le Coultre

Current bid seems surprising low... but after just seeing the new Elvis movie, maybe Col Parker memorabilia is not so desirable?

Down deep the trouble is this:
“This watch is made of solid 14k yellow gold and has a 26.5mm square case and an integrated gold mesh bracelet, and is powered by a manually-wound movement”

Nothing about that is appealing on its own merit. The Colonel’s collector rating isn’t appealing either.

Nice post.

Couple others on the block too.

They’ll sell towards the end for a good dollar.

this text talking it up in the description seems like wishful thinking...

"This watch is considered the counterpart of Elvis' Christmas gift from RCA Records in 1971, which sold at auction in 2018 for over $1.8 million, as the inscriptions are done in a very similar style."

Owned by Elvis would boost its value. Owned by Col Parker, at best no one cares, at worst after that movie they detest him and don't want anything associated with the Col.
