Different Dials on the Day-Date II?
Does anyone know if Rolex will be putting any different dials on the Day-Date II? I know it's a newer watch, but I'm not a huge fan of the dial selection they are producing now. I love the simple black and white stick dials on the 36mm Day-Dates, but am finding that size to be a bit too small on my wrist.
I just want a balck or white stick dial on a YG Day-Date II...is that too much to ask? |

Yes they are the official Rolex dials, courtesy of Hannes.

Those are rose gold dials, for the yellow gold dials, only the champagne baton dial is available at the moment.
http://www.oysterworld.de/dials05.htm I think it's a fairly safe bet to say that Rolex will introduce more dials in the future - it's still a relatively new product, it'll take a little while to get the options up to their maximum. Have you considered an arabic or roman dial, OP? |

I've seen them all in person, but that one in the centre with the wavy pattern looks stupendous in YG. Absolute knockout!!

Thanks for responding everyone! I really want the black stick dial that is available on the RG model of the DDII, but I want it in YG! I guess I have to put my purchase on hold until they make one as the 36mm is just too small for y wrist!

Alternatively, you could give another dial a go if you really wanted a DDII, and just get it changed over when they do launch a new one. You never know, another one of the dials could grow on you - the black dial with black arabics is an amazing dial in the flesh
