Meteorite is a stunner for sure, especially on a DayDate!

Sorry to hear about the elbow Bas. How’d that happen? Jiu Jitsu???

what is the DD marking under the baguette at 7 ? It almost looks like letters but I'm sure it's not.

Just natural dark spotting on the stone. Every meteorite dial is unique as very interesting because of such character formations.

I wonder if the back of the dial is the sane as a regular dial. They just attached the meteorite to a metal disc.

Such a cool dial, any flavor.

Glad you’re back in the game.

I tripped on the pavement while running, stretched out my arms to catch the fall, and broke a small fragment off my left elbow. It's no big deal, just a bit annoying.

I've done that and have pieces of bone floating around - every once in a while I hit my elbow again and it's tender for days. I hope you fare better.

Beautiful pics of the dials, Bas. I've got the DD meteorite and it's just so amazingly beautiful

Brings up a question.

Are the sub dials on the Daytona applied to the surface of a full dial? Or, are they small circles, cut out of the dial?
