I'm sorry but that bracelet is fake.

I think that people often don't like to be too specific. But if you take the time to study the engraving and stamped patterns on the blade and clasp cover of legit bracelets, you will soon be able to identify most fakes pretty easily. Look carefully at the position, font, quality, and alignment of text, details of the logo and scrollwork, etc. In this case, the person who put it together didn't really make much of an effort to make it look legit, TBH.

I think that the person who helped you asked who was selling the bracelet?

Couldn’t be a more obvious fake. Look at the clasp ref - for a bicolour Jubilee - and the coronet on clasp cover.

So who is fraudulently or negligently trying to sell this as genuine? We’ve saved you from buying a fake, so please return the favour and let us know whom to avoid.

There are many obvious tells with this bracelet. A comparison with a genuine bracelet will make them obvious.

Why ask for help and get saved and then not tell who you’ve been saved from?
IMO, and to many here, you should provide the eBay link or the name of the seller.
Just sayin…

Name the seller or get stuffed and don’t expect help again. Why protect them when they’ve tried to stiff you — or is the story BS ?

I think when sellers post fake items and the forum helps out - seller should be named. It's a reasonable request.

Well, this is becoming common practice, people get their "bottoms" saved and happily run away.

Free help from members only after OP discloses seller?

Of course, it's always possible that there is no seller, which is my usual suspicion when they refuse for no good reason.

Should be the new operating model now. I agree.

So many of these cropping up now.

Waste of time for all of us.

I do agree that the poster should indicate the source of the dodgy items. Moreover, I also agree that when they don't, it suggests they are the seller.

Even in this case, though, there is likely a net positive: When the very knowledgeable folks here point out the numerous issues with the dodgy items, the poster may end up not offering the item for sale, the the TRF experts may have prevented someone from being ripped off. A second positive is for folks like me who aren't experts but are reading this forum to learn. For these and other reasons, I do hope the experts keep chipping in.

Using 'GOOGLE LENS' there is no current or historic eBay listing for these photos.
