RubberB on 14060M fit check
Recently pulled the trigger on a Rubber B strap for my 14060M. Was super excited to change my bracelet to the Rubber B strap, but now I’m not so sure.
The fit seems questionable and was hoping someone can chime in to let me know if this looks normal/expected from their experience with their Sub + Rubber B. Not only was it a herculean effort (almost gave up) to get the strap on, there seem to be gaps, and not a flush fit. I’ve attached some photos here to share. The bottom of the strap doesn’t actually make contact with the case back of the watch. Also, there is a visible gap (even from naked eye) between the bezel and the strap. Which led me to seriously doubt if I was sent the correct/compatible strap (RubberB M103CD). I’ve reached out to their customer service with the same photos, but they kept telling me that it is fitting as it should. So I’m checking here just for good measure. Any input is appreciated! |
