I am not necessarily a fan of the meteorite on OF Daytonas but an all PM Daytona would be a great trade. 2 platonas are a bit much. Looking forward to seeing what you end up doing.

What other brands does your AD have?
Lemans would be ideal but that’s a step up even from a meteorite Daytona. |

![]() That watch is too valuable to throw into the trade pile, plus you'll never get even close to what it's worth. The meteorites will occupy a small and precious niche in the whole line of the OF series and, IMO, your collection too. ![]() |

HL65 showing why he is a gentleman and a scholar with this advice that is equally correct as it is obvious but missed by the rest of us. The only way it could make sense to trade a meteorite Daytona is if you are getting another meteorite Daytona in return. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Patience is the key. Listen to this goy! It’s crazy to give up that watch. Go to your AD to make sure it’s fitted correctly for your wrist. Then make yourself wear it daily for a full month. You may very well get used to it. Kat Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Rolex do an alligator strap. Full OEM to replace the Oysterflex. https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=635557 Or stick a Rubber B on it. Seriously - every bit as good as the Oysterflex quality wise without the silly blade things. I swear Rolex only put them on it to be different. My 116515 was mega comfortable on the alligator or Rubber B ![]()

Thanks Scott I shall look into it. And yes I agree the fins are silly. They make the watch look really weird on the wrist. I have also had rubber b and preferred it. |
