How Can I Fix the Bezel on my Tudor Chrono?
As you can see in this picture the numbers on the bezel of my Tudor Chrono are fading away and very little black color can be seen in the numbers.
Does anyone know of a good way for me to try to fix it without having to send to RSC. They usually will recommend replacing the bezel and I don't think I want to do that. Thanks so much.

Submarino,
This happened to me after my ignorance.....trying to get rid of a scratch on the bezel of my new SS Daytona. I did a lot of research and actually called a couple watch makers. The only way to "fix" it by Rolex standards is to send it back to Rolex. However.....after much anxiety this is what I did: look at my post and go to comment #43 & #44 http://www.rolexforums.com/showthrea...t=87034&page=3 Good luck......Dr.B |

I think it looks nice without the black.

Guys, thanks so much for all your help. Looks like I might try Dr. B's suggestion. One last question. Is it safe to have the alcohol touch the surface of the sapphire crystal? It won't haze it right?
