Swapping Dial on OP36

Hi all,

I have an OP 36 (126000) and am looking to source a dial, bezel and handset from a 124270 Explorer to install on it. Essentially trying to build my perfect Explorer, as the current model's 19mm lug width is a dealbreaker for me.

I'm confident Rolex will not perform any such work on their watches; any tips or routes by which I could get that done? Thank you!
