Thoughts on this Oyster Perpetual Date 1501?
Thinking about picking up this 1501.
The date wheel has open 6s and 9s but it looks like the 26 isn't open. I had never seen a date wheel like this but apparently it's a thing? Seller says the watch was serviced a couple of years ago and provides some kind of documentation for it. I translated the image. To my untrainted eye the condition of this piece looks pretty good. It has the features I want and is about the correct vintage I'm looking for. Some kind of servicing in nice. The seller has come down a bit on the price as well. Thought? Opinions? |
