Forget electric ones, by far the best I've had is Pepper Cannon. Very expensive but it knocks the rest into a cocked hat

Much like the grinder app, size is everything.
Length and girth are a must for the most satisfying results. Just look in any FINE restaurant and their pepper grinders are 3 feet long and can sometimes be utilized all the way from the kitchen.
