The square cutout on clasp existed until about 1984ish. The round cutout was the replacement. It’s just a design change that happened. Doesn’t mean anything else.

Time of production
Dear ronricks,
so the right bracelet was made in 1985 or earlier and the left one could be from the year 1956 up to approximately 1984? |

What's the matter? Neither appears to be OEM from just one poor picture. If you have these bracelets in your possession, and wish for a serious discourse, most of us need to see much more detailed close-ups of the clasps inside and out. If that's not possible on your end, I understand - just limited input available to your question. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The first 2 pictures show the inner side of the left bracelet, the other 3 pictures show it of the right one. Does it tell something about the year of production? |

OP, no need to keep starting new threads, you can reply to your thread with your new questions. The mods will most likely combine all of your posts into one.

What do you think about this WG 1803?
Right Clasp code of M11 would suggest November 1988 production. Other photos appear to be of an OEM clasp.
Left Clasp code is not in any photos. However, they appear to be of a not authentic clasp. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

From 11/1988, so it is not from a 1803 but from a late 18038 or even from a 18230? So the end limbs are not hollow but massive? What is an "OEM clasp", what does "OEM" stand for? Left bracelet: There are no other stamps or engravings in or on the clasp than those shown on the pics. "Not authentic clasp" means from another watch? |
