Feedback on this 18238 please

https://www.chrono24.com/rolex/day-d...b_wjiyjP&pos=7

Hello. Can I get some feedback on the watch above please ( couldn’t upload pictures so copied the link). Has it been polished too much? Bracelet stretch ok ? Anything else I should note?

Thank you all in advance !

Looks pretty good, above average for sure! I’d like it better for 1-2k less

Typical stick marker dial with slight lume loss that doesn’t carry a premium.
Nothing obviously wrong, looks used but not abused.
It has 22 links provided which is short, no B or P, and no service info.
If me I would have to get it at a much better price in the 12 to 13.5k range.
Good luck…

It appears to be a nice example but the price is somewhat substantial which is usually the case on Chrono 24. I believe that market charges sellers sales commissions and possibly other fees.

That's my understanding as well. I believe it is in the area of 6% across the board.

If I recall correctly that DD is also listed on TRF and the dealer would surely negotiate better here than via C24.

I recall that distinctive ring in the photos.

The fees at C24 are 6-10% + fintech for certain payment platforms.

Thank you. Where can a newbie look for better prices ? All of the ones posted on the forum as well as the forum vetted vendors seem to have these higher prices.

Question for all please - where would be the best place to look for competitive prices? I’m specifically looking for 18238 or 18248 ? Thank you

Other collectors, auctions. As long as you know what you're looking at.
