ID the new movement installed by AP without documentation

Help in identifying a movement on a recently serviced Series III Royal Oak.

I was simply given the bill by the Beverly Hills AD after the complete and full service was required to be done in Switzerland. It was given a new movement and the winder was replaced with a newer version including the AP logo. Do I have to pull an extract to know the movement for sure ? Can one tell from the service box ? They did not return the old winder unfortunately.

The Beverly Hills Audemars Piguet AD is not privy or cannot provide any assistance regarding this request. AKA radio silence once the bill was paid.

Opining offering it on the market is my primary reason for asking. 4100BA pictured in B&W due to image size requirements here.
