16200 real or fake?

hi I'm considering buying this from a high transaction user on Reddit /watchexchange. The guy does not typically sell high value pieces however. These are the photos he's taken today, does this look ok?

Got a cal. 3035 in there, so it is not a 16200. Last image clearly shows a reference 16030.

Potentially A/M acrylic crystal... or it's just been polished down quite a lot (note the low power date magnification).

This is the classic buyer beware situation here.

How many danger boxes can we check at one time here? What could possibly go wrong?

- Buying off Reddit? ✅
- Low res images ✅
- The pictures appear to show water stain on the inside of the case back ✅
- The watch has no verifiable provenance ✅
- The bezel is wrecked ✅
- The case is badly over-polished to the point of complete distortion on the lugs ✅
- Deep dings/mars on the lugs ✅
- Seller is misrepresenting the reference number, as 0nly5iv3Digits said, its a Reference 16030 with a 3035 calibre - not a 16200. The caseback says 16000, which tells me this is a parts watch. ✅

No thanks. Not for this guy.

The money you're going to spend to have it overhauled and sorted out with proper parts is going to negate any money you end up saving if you buy from Reddit dude.

Seriously, just buy the watch from a verified and trusted seller. The watch is not that expensive and is easily sourced.

16200 would come with a smooth bezel.
Bezel shown in the last picture is a machined bezel from 16220

Lugs look like they have been polished by meth addict with a dremel.

Why not get one from an established seller on here (dealer or long time member)?
