Call me crazy, but my favorite part about my new Exp. II
Is how easy the crown is to use! I know, it's such a minor detail, but it's the first watch I've had where the crown is wide enough to really grip and also has no friction when I'm trying to screw it down. My IWC and Breitling for example have some resistance once I've started screwing the crown in, but the Rolex just glides into place until it's locked tight. Is that a stupid thing to be happy about or what

I actually have tried that crown as well, on the YM. Even easier to grip. My favorite set up, though, is the Exp. I, because the lack of crown guards make it so easy to operate. I just love how smoothly it works.

Wow! Once you are hooked, (I mean to a Rolex) it does not matter handling which part of a Rolex gives you the desired kick. The only time I feel friction is when my wife senses I am on my way to buy another Rolex. Keep playing with the Crown before you go down.

Yeah.........you've got words like "wife", "friction", "crown" and "down" all in one sentence!! Very dodgy and misconstruing I might add!!

I'm staying out of this. Although I have to say that I really do like the crown on my DSSD. It has just the right feel. It's Big the way I like it.
