Need your thoughts: cost for 1980 5513?

Hi Everyone -
I've got an opportunity to buy a 1980 5513 (Sub No Date) in mint condition.

It's all original -- super dome acrylic, orig bracelet with little to no stretch, original dial, light patina, *no cosmetic refinishing* at all. And it's in great running condition. No boxes or papers.

So the big question: what is a reasonable price (USD) to pay for this watch? I see values all over on eBay. There was a 1978 that just sold a few days ago for $3,900 -- it had a sapphire crystal replacement and a new Rolex band on it.
