Icon17 Opinions on the mont blanc star chrono GMT?

I stopped by a Mont Blanc store during the weekend to look at pens, I was presented with a watch catalog after browsing at their watches.

The manager at the store was telling me about these limited edition mont blanc and how she can get me one if I am interested. It does look nice and all, but I am really not familiar with mont blanc discounts, so I come to you guys.

This is the watch I am talking about, msrp 4600, eta movement, chronometer.

If possible, can someone enlighten me on how well does mont blanc watches hold their value? Thanks.

I'm not too familiar with them, but like al lot of 'other' watch brands, I'm certain you'll be able to find one for a whole lot cheaper if you look at purchasing second hand LNIB or similar.

That said, however, I like most of their line. That one is a nice example

I guess its the part where it says its a limited edition since 2006 yet its still so easily available at MSRP from the store that bothers me.
