Warrantee card question
Hello everyone,
I noticed the back of my warrantee card has a sticker placed over the area where my personal information is filled out and the info is written on the sticker instead of directly on the card. Is this normal practice? What would prevent someone from removing this sticker and replacing it with one with their info and appearing as a valid warrantee card? Is your info placed in a Rolex database for verification that would prevent this from happening? Or should the sticker not be there at all? Watch was purchased from AD. Thanks! |

It's not really a sticker..
It's material to write on that, if damaged, voids the warranty.. You cannot erase a name or number from this stuff without making a mess of it...

The "additional 2 years warranty " like this will not be honored by any RSC . That is for sure . P.S. Is that " Mayors Jewelers "card by any chance ?

Jeweler was not Mayors. The two year extended warrantee was said to be from them (AD) on top of the Rolex two years.
