Might steer clear of this 5513...MOOOOO

I wrote the seller and ask for a picture at 6:15...he complied. Then I ask about the bracelet and bezel insert...both are aftermarket, but not mentioned. I would also ask someone with a keener eye than mine, but I do not believe the dial is gilt, but rather maxi...but the I bought specticles from a traveling dentist.

It is not a gilt dial as described.

No serial number is given and the year claimed as 1966 although the case back (which can be swapped) says 1970.

If the watch is from 1970 then the dial there may be the correct feet first maxi. The seller may not know what a gilt dial is??

With his feedback score I would NOT be buying here in any case.

Sort of the point I was trying to make at the start of the thread. Thank you for confirming it was not a Gilt. I emailed the guy and told him he needed to revise his listing to disclose the aftermarket bracelet and bezel, and told him from where I sat it wasn't a maxi dial. I say we give him time to take action and if not Casper may come a callin...He was nice enough to send me a picture with the hands adjusted, so he at least has a watch...kinda.
