Craigslist fakes

The first two listings admit they are "replicas", so if they are stating that does that mean the listing is ok for them to have listed and sell as fakes? Or is it copyright infringement and need to be flagged/taken down?

I can't see the watch well enough in the pictures in the third listing to decipher anything about it.

First two without a doubt, the photos on the third certainly seem to be hiding something

So I can learn, would you let me know the reason(s) why and how to handle it?

Anything on CraigsList that is dodgy usually hit the 'Flag' and hit prohibited :-) won't happen overnight but they do go down the drain eventually :-)

For all three listings or just the first two?
These listings irritate newbies too...thank you for helping me with this.

That third listing has what looks like a genuine box, but not the box for that DD

You should see some of the scams on our local gumtree.com.au, heres a small collection :-)

I have flagging options...(who knew?) to choose from:

miscategorized
prohibited
spam/overpost

I chose the prohibited option as I am guessing it violates their terms of service?
Hopefully that is correct, since I am still unclear on the exact reason they should be pulled.

I am determined to get better at this.

When you say it will take a while to be taken down...approximately how long? Hours, days or more? Should I keep flagging it every now and then, or is once enough?

if it gets a bunch of flags in a short period of time, they will take it down, i have seen listings disappear in minutes. however, i think they probably count the ips that the flagging comes from....

I was afraid of the IP address issue.
If anyone gets a chance flag it for me please-that person has many listings.
Thank you in advance.

With Craigslist it's just best to assume everything on there is replica, and every seller is a scammer - the actual truth is not far from that.

Which is exactly why I went looking there first.

I figured by going over there I would at least tip the scale a bit in my favor, with the hope of not looking like a complete idiot while I am trying to learn how this is done.
