Someone asked for some wrist shots....so here goes. As usual a perfect fit with no adjustments whatsoever - out of box and on the wrist!!

Crown facing 9 o'clock!!

JJ, isn't the braclet a little too tight? Seems like it's squeezing your wrist in one of the photos.

Just seems like that. Believe me, I always get spot-on fits with the Sub and SD bracelets....no adjustments at all.

The thicker case compensates for the fact that the SD has 5 full links on the 6 o'clock side as opposed to the Sub-date which has 4½ links.

So, in actual fact, both models fit me PERFECT....straight out of the box....with the micropin on the 3rd hole in the clasp from the end.

Congratulations on the new Sea Dweller, it looks great on your wrist. I am focusing more on the Sea Dweller than the Submariner these days myself--do you find the "height" (thickness) to be distracting? Does your watch fit under shirt sleeves, etc., without a problem? Do you notice it more than the Submariner? Just interested is all. Congratulations--Sea Dwellers are starting to affect my dreams even. Enjoy it. (By the way, I have tried on a Breitling Avenger Seawolf, which is over 17mm, but it was just at the store and not on my wrist long enough to really test it out. I was just wondering if the Sea Dweller was so thick that it becomes highly noticeable when you wear it.)

Thanks, Haakon. I don't really feel the extra height on the SD, but I have fairly large wrists. I guess someone with small wrists would find the watch top heavy and a bit uncomfortable.

If you wrist is at least 7"+ you'll be fine.

I find the Dweller more comfortable to wear,compared to the Blue TT Sub.I also have large wrists with both bracelets set to the widest position.Your concerns regarding the height is unfounded,because its only slightly higher compared to the Subs.Weight wise,very close to the TT Sub,which is heavier than a ss Sub.

The SD is comfy, but I find that the edges of the clasp are a bit "sharp" compared to the Omega clasps.

The comfiest Rolex that I've had so far was the 14060 (non SEL bracelet).

really? the SWISS mark doesn't have a deviation there as well?

the three "S"s around the SWISS are different between my TT Blue, SD and LV. I'm stuck at work so I can't reference the other two, but the LV definitley has flattened "S"s in it's "swiss made" lettering.
